Before & After School Care
7:30 AM - 8:45 AM and 2:37 PM - 5:30 PM on school days
A consistent school-day care program with a calm morning start and a fun, active afternoon including crafts, games, outdoor play and peer time.

Pro-D Days & Camps
7:30 AM - 5:30 PM on eligible full days
Full-day care options for professional development days and camp programs.

Strawberry Vale Out of School Care has been approved to participate in the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 to reduce parent fees.

Additional Fees and Payment Policies
Please note there will be an extra charge for Pro D Days and Early Dismissals.
Early Dismissals (All levels): $15.00
Pro D Days (All levels): $65.00
Registration Fees (All levels): $50.00
Late Payment Fee (All levels): $5.00/school day
Late Pick-up Fee (All levels): $10.00/15 minutes
NSF Cheque Fee (All levels): $25.00
These fees are due when the space is booked. Please give at least two weeks notice for Pro-D or early dismissal care requests.
Fees use an equal monthly rate and are not prorated by school days, so rates stay the same in shorter months such as December and March.
This makes budgeting predictable for families. If a majority of families request a daily-rate model, monthly totals would vary by school-day count.
As a non-profit society, we review fees as operating costs change year to year.
